William Lewis, the serial rapist who assaulted Olivia, manages to escape from prison. He calls her to die for him that he missed her, then kills the prison doctor, rapes his eldest daughter and kidnaps the youngest. He uses his hostage to reach Olivia and push her to join him alone. Concerned about the little one’s fate, she does so without hesitation and finds herself locked in an abandoned factory with the young girl. Lewis decides to play a game of Russian roulette with Olivia while listening and taunting, thanks to the radio, the team that is actively looking for them …
