The conflict erupted over controversial issues regarding the ownership of the recreation center.
On May 19, the police received a message from the director of one of the recreation centers in the village of Koblevo that a group of unknown men entered the territory and seized the buildings of the dormitory and the dining room located on it. About it informs press service of the police in the Nikolaev region.
It is noted that the conflict flared up due to controversial issues regarding the ownership of the said recreation center.
The applicant is the current director of the recreation center, and his opponent, who arrived in the indicated territory accompanied by representatives of a private security company, showed the police the documents on the ownership of the recreation center, the authenticity of which is now being established.
The investigation of criminal proceedings started on the grounds of large-scale fraud or through illegal transactions using electronic computers (part 3 of article 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) continues.
As previously reported, the employees of the Security Service of Ukraine prevented illegal activities of a group of raiders in Zaporozhye… The attackers planned to seize corporate rights and property of enterprises for more than UAH 200 million.
