“And it will end (the war, – ed.), I hope, with the signing of comprehensive documents on the issues that I mentioned: security issues, the neutral status of Ukraine with guarantees of its security,” Lavrov said.
According to him, Moscow is allegedly ready to look for security guarantees, to coordinate them for Ukraine, Europe and for itself. He also stressed that Kyiv is required to have a “civilized norm of the legislative framework” for the Russian language, education, the media and a legislative ban on “Nazification”.
