This system is aimed at all Saint-Sulpicians and regional agents in the city and offers a so-called “communal” mutual health offer negotiated and defended by ACTIOM. The objective is to encourage a return to the healthcare system for some and to reduce the cost of contributions for many others. Without a health questionnaire and without income conditions, “My commune, my health” adapts to everyone’s needs and provides healthcare coverage at several levels with negotiated rates and specific services.
Information hotlines will be held in the CCAS premises (11 chemin de la planquette 81370 Saint-Sulpice-la-Pointe). A referent from the ACTIOM association will be present one Wednesday morning per month, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., to provide information to those concerned, establish comparisons and present a range of solutions. The next permanence will be on Wednesday June 16.
In order to carry out a comparison and allow everyone to make an informed decision, you are asked to make an appointment by calling ACTIOM on 07 77 08 07 85 and to bring the following documents on the day of the appointment: grid of guarantees from his mutual, amount of his current contribution, certificate of his Carte Vitale, an identity document, a RIB.
