Laurent Delahousse Opens Up About Fatherhood and ‘Toni en famille’ in Candid Interview with Camille Cottin

Like every weekend, Laurent Delahousse received a celebrity at the end of the 8 p.m. news on France 2. This week, it was Camille Cottin who was on set to discuss “Toni en famille”, a dramatic comedy in which she plays a mother of five children who struggles to find time to take care of herself. A scenario that concerns many parents, which is why she challenged the presenter.

“It’s a term that speaks, ‘single mom’, to a lot of women who are watching us this evening and who are listening to us. And I also said to myself that she could have been a man, Toni”confided the actress.

She then challenged her on the subject: “I think you know something about that, don’t you, Laurent? Because I think you have five children. So did you recognize yourself in Toni?”

This character actually spoke a lot to Laurent Delahousse, who spoke about his role as a father. “Yes, a bit much,” he replied. “In this hysteria sometimes, in the fact of not always feeling up to the task, in the fact of knowing how to talk to one without forgetting the other… It’s That’s a bit of everything we feel in this film and it obviously speaks to a lot of people.”
The 54-year-old journalist is the father of two children, from his previous relationship with Florence Kieffer: Liv-Helen and Sacha. He then had two children with Alice Taglioni: Swann and Lino. And she herself is already the mother of a boy named Charlie.
