Laura Samojłowicz, as it was recently written in the media, found herself after many years. Whether this is true after all these years is debatable, but cooperation with the actress has certainly been avoided for some time. At the turn of 2012/2013, she left the cast of “Hotel 52” amid a scandal and left Poland, and when she returned, it was not easy for her to get a job in Polish productions.
Recently, she appeared in an episodic role in the series “M jak miłość” and “Gliniarze”. Previously, she played in such hits as “Exam of Life”, “39 and a Half” and “Hotel 52”. She had great acting talent, but also won recognition from viewers and critics thanks to singing.

The actress became famous after a strange interview she gave to Pomponik’s reporter, Damian Glinka. At first, the actress answered the journalist’s questions in English, and then she either smiled broadly, shrugged, remained silent or spread her hands.
Samojłowicz, however, is probably very hungry for publicity and media buzz, because she decided to take part in the TVN talent show for… future models – “Top Model”. She surprised not only the host of the program, Michał Piróg, but also the jury with her presence.
“You can’t pretend that you don’t know each other,” Piróg greeted the actress.
“We met a few times in the city for coffee,” she replied.
“Theaters don’t play during the holidays, so I thought that maybe I could do something to make more happen,” the actress announced on the “Top Model” catwalk.
She appeared in front of the jurors in a special outfit: a black bra and short leggings. She also wore high-heeled boots with white socks. The surprised Katarzyna Sokołowska asked Laura:
“Explain to me, in soldier’s terms, why you need the top model program and us?”

“I think I have good legs. My friend told me that I have a good profile. He chose this one, but I’m still fighting for this one. I would like to play with fashion, be with people. Nice vibe, beauty, goodness,” replied the actress.
In turn, when asked by Marcin Tyszka whether it would be difficult for her to “suddenly go back to the beginning with the kids who are now 18 years old”, Samojłowicz firmly denied it.
Unfortunately, the jurors were not convinced whether Laura Samojłowicz would cope on the catwalk. They didn’t give her a chance. Her adventure with “Top Model” ended as quickly as it began.
