Launching the “100 Million Mental Health” Initiative: Misr Public Library Promotes Mental Well-being in Benha

Today, Monday, the Misr Public Library in Benha launched the first activities of the “100 Million Mental Health” initiative, under the auspices of Nahla Musallam, Director General of the Library, and organized by Maha Rizk, Public Relations Officer at the Library, by presenting an introductory seminar within the activities of the “Psychological Paramedic for Non-Specialists” program, in cooperation With the Directorate of Social Solidarity in Qalyubia, and the Banha Educational Administration in Qalyubia.

Dr. Manal Al-Abed, a pioneering psychiatrist and economic development trainer, Rabab Farouk, a psychological consultant, a body language trainer and a bioenergy therapist, a clinical expert, a language programming practitioner and a certified trainer from Cairo University, will lecture at the symposium, and Dr. Marwa Ibrahim, a media personality and a psychological and family consultant.

This comes in line with the educational role of the Misr Public Library, and its role in supporting the mental health of young people, youth and women, and within the framework of the library’s keenness to enhance awareness of the causes and solutions of marital psychological problems, steps to raise women’s self-entitlement and its impact on children, as well as the modern method of raising children and fading the intellectual gap. that led to parents not accommodating their children; Hence their escape from dialogue and their tendency towards bad friends and drugs, in addition to raising awareness of the medical and psychological effects of drugs on the body.

The dialogue was moderated by Mona Abu Talib, responsible for skills development and behavior modification at the library.
