Today at 9:00 our time, the servers of open testing of the upcoming multiplayer FPS – Battlefield 2042 were launched. Open Beta is available to everyone who pre-ordered the game or pays for the EA Play service. The game is available on PC via Steam, Origin (or EA Play application) and Epic Games Store. You can also test on current and past generation consoles, ie PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X / S. If you pre-order Battlefield 2042 at Xzone, you will receive a key for earlier access to the current beta. Players can participate without restrictions from Friday 9:00 to Sunday 9:00.
The servers are currently overloaded, so it’s a big deal to connect. If you succeed, you will meet a large number of boots – AI opponents, instead of players. There is currently only one map – Orbital, in the classic Conquest mode. We are preparing impressions from gaming for you in the newsroom for the weekend. Below you can see if the new Battlefield will handle your set without any problems. So if you don’t want to play the console.
