ODMedia, Source 1 Media and Premiere TV today announced the debut of FEAR, a horror-themed subscription channel available exclusively in the Netherlands on Amazon Prime Video. FEAR offers a wide variety of new and classic horror movies from around the world. Amazon Prime members in the Netherlands can subscribe to the channel for €3.99 per month.
ODMedia provides channel management, design, marketing (in partnership with Source 1 Media and Premiere TV), and technical delivery to Amazon.
“We are delighted to be the only horror channel in the Netherlands, offering horror fans what they crave,” said Sjef Pijnenburg, CEO of ODMedia.
At FEAR, fans can watch new and classic horror movies from around the world. Over 200 titles are available at launch, including: Ray, Chaos, Let’s Pray, Sharknado, Terrifying In cried.
“Given the very positive developments within our channel, we think it is time to officially put FEAR in the spotlight. We expect to have more than 260 films in our library by the end of the year, further strengthening the company’s position,” said Eric. Schuett, CEO of Premiere TV, the Dutch market leader for the horror genre.
