Laughter after the judge heard Ma’ruf’s strong testimony: You are blind and deaf

Jakarta – South Jakarta District Court Chief Judge Wahyu Iman Sentosa laughed heartily when hearing defendant Strong Ma’ruf’s testimony.

Wahyu initially asked about the chronology of the start before Brigadier J alias Yosua Hutabarat was executed in Duren Tiga, South Jakarta.

Because Strong Ma’ruf was in the same place when Bharada E and Ferdy Sambo shot Brigadier J.

“He said the brothers standing parallel to Joshua were practiced here with brother Richard. The location of Richard and Ricky is not far off,” Judge Wahyu said in the South Jakarta District Court on Monday (5/12/ 2022).

“However, since you (Kuat and Ricky) are blind and deaf, that’s why you don’t hear or see, right, that’s what you want to convey,” he added.

Judge Wahyu questioned this because Strong Ma’uf and Ricky Rizal’s testimony contained an oddity.

“Not so, Your Highness,” Kuat said.
