(mw) The Laufenburg voters had to complete a mammoth program. No less than 20 businesses were on the agenda. All were approved. Among them are loans in the millions.
Overall, there were few discussions. Of a total of 2002 eligible voters, only 70 were present (an absolute majority of 36). Those present adhered to the protective provisions perfectly. And despite the numerous agenda items, the meeting was carried out very quickly.
Due to the low number of voters present (around 3.5%), the local party FDP would support agenda items 9, 10, 11 (credit replacement building for multi-family house, tavern zum Adler and redevelopment of Hinterdorfstrasse) to the whole sovereign by means of an urn vote. However, this is only possible by taking a referendum, since all agenda items have been accepted.
The commitment loan of 3.275 million francs as a construction loan for the replacement construction of the small town 4 multi-family house including the construction of a carport led to a lengthy discussion with various questions. An amendment was also made that a photovoltaic system should be built on the roof and empty conduits should be laid at the carport to enable future charging of e-cars. The amendment was approved by a large majority.
The commitment loan of CHF 2.526 million as a construction loan for the renovation of the Taverne zum Adler property also led to a brief discussion (question about heating and the phase plan of a future second heating network). A note was also attached that the works line and pavement renovation in the “Adler” area should be brought forward so that the road does not have to be torn up again after the renovation of the property is complete. The loan has been approved.
There were also brief discussions regarding naturalizations (a supplementary question on the date of arrival), the discussion of the 2021 budget and the setting of the tax rate (question of understanding why a department was overrun) as well as the commitment credit of 85,000 francs for replacing the seats in the Gym Sulz (question about the size of the seating). The three shops were given the green light.
A commitment credit of 450,000 francs for the replacement of the fire truck of the Laufenburg fire brigade, a credit of 105,000 francs for the replacement of the schoolchairs in the Blauen school, and a commitment credit of 75,000 for the development of the feasibility study for the Schützen area were approved without discussion, along with the minutes and the annual report / Bahnhof and Burgmatt, a loan application of 3.42 million francs as a construction loan for the renovation of Hinterdorfstrasse in Sulz including utility lines, a commitment credit of 205,000 francs for the reallocation of the Schollenhalde sewer pipe, a commitment credit of 135,000 francs as a building loan for the renovation of the EW works management in the section of the works yard & inner-city end of the K130 and an additional credit of 200,000 francs for the overall revision of usage planning.
The extension of the building rights for the transformer station Pfarrhaus in Laufenburg, the continuation of the Jurapark park contract 2021 to 2031, an amendment to the framework contract for the music school Regio Laufenburg and a transfer of a loan from the local community to the community were also approved without discussion.
Under miscellaneous and survey, the municipal council provided information about the renovation of K130, the clarifications of the Rüchi groundwater catchment, the renovation of the swimming pool kiosk and issues relating to biodiversity.
