Latvijas Pasts Eksprespasts receives the World Postal Union EMS Customer Service Outstanding Performance Award Press release

Latvijas Pasta Eksprespasts, which provides courier services and delivery of express mail items to various countries around the world, has received the Expressmail Service Cooperative (EMS) award for outstanding performance in customer service. In 2021, the express mail fulfilled all the criteria set by the EMU cooperative for receiving the award, both in customer service and in providing support to postal companies of other countries.

Latvijas Pasts Eksprespasts has received the EMS Performance and Customer Care Award from the Universal Postal Union, which requires the fulfillment of various criteria both in customer service and in providing assistance to postal companies in other countries.

In 2021, Latvijas Pasts Eksprespasts fulfilled all the above-mentioned criteria, for example, in providing answers to customers and postal companies within a certain time, fulfillment of customer service requests within a certain time, clear and complete information on the status of items, etc.

“Latvijas Pasta Eksprespasts has set itself a very high bar in customer service, and we are pleased that these efforts of ours have been noticed on a global scale,” emphasizes Ansis Karahons, Director of Latvijas Pasta Ekspespasta.

“I would definitely like to thank our customers for their trust and the Express Mail team for their dedication and involvement in providing daily services and a high level of customer service,” adds A. Karahons.

Latvijas Pasta Eksprespasts received this recognition for the first time; For several years, Expressmail has been ranked first in another survey of member states of the EMU cooperative in the Universal Postal Union, which assesses service quality indicators. The EMU cooperative includes companies from 198 countries.

Express mail courier, using the extensive delivery network of Latvijas Pasts and cooperation partners, is able to deliver items quickly and securely not only in Latvia, but also in various countries around the world.

Companies are offered a diverse delivery system with several additional options, finding the most acceptable business solutions and an individual approach to each customer.
