The construction of the more than 3,750 square meter warehouse started in the spring of 2021, and 3.3 million euros have been invested in the project. In total, almost 400 cubic meters of wood were used in the building in the form of glued wooden beams, CLT panels and other wooden structures.
Representatives of “Latvijas finiera” indicate that more than 350 tons of CO2-equivalent carbon has been captured and stored in the warehouse structures.
The warehouse building was designed by Inga Bērziņa, SIA “REMM” architect, and the construction works were carried out by SIA “Castor Construction”.

It has already been announced that in 2021 “Latvijas finieris” worked with a turnover of 253.291 million euros, which is 15.2% more than the year before, while the company’s profit increased by 15% and was 12.063 million euros.
The company “Latvijas finieris” was registered in 1992, and its share capital is 88,419,906 euros, according to “Firmas.lv” information.
