Latvians Bedrītis / Reliņš EC lose to world champions in the first match

Bedrītis / Reliņš, who was numbered 31st, in the first group B match with the result 0-2 (15:21, 15:21) gave way to world champions Vyacheslav Krasilnikov and Oleg Stoyanovskis from Russia. The Russians are one of the main favorites of the tournament and placed in the second number.

The Latvian duo was only occasionally able to fight the strong duo in a similar way, and Krasiļņikovs and Stojanovskis convincingly won.

In the second match of the tournament, they will fight for a place in the playoffs.
