One of the main goals of the festival is to pass on the accumulated a cappella musical knowledge. Therefore, the representatives of “Latvian Voices” invite vocal groups, ensembles, choir leaders, singers, as well as anyone interested to apply for participation in the master classes. a cappella music and its development in their musical life to jointly develop vocal skills and understanding of this genre of music.

The special guests of the festival will be a capella group “Estonian Voices”. It is a professional vocal group from Estonia, which has been active since 2011 and includes jazz, classical, traditional folklore and popular music in its programs. “Estonian Voices” will not only share their knowledge with the participants of the master classes, but will also unite in a joint concert with “Latvian Voices” on the evening of July 1.
For the first time in the history of the festival will take place a cappella new work competition. Participants will be invited to arrange one of the Ukrainian folk songs a cappella composition. The best works will be performed at the closing concert of the festival “A Cappella Night for Ukraine”.
