“Latvian Fashion Week: Young People Embrace Vintage and Individuality”

On the day the show team visits a fashion event, style enthusiasts have gathered to see Volga Vintage’s latest feat, or how used clothes are transformed into luxury goods. And, according to the organizers of the event, this is what is currently trending among young people.

Journalist Una Ulme has observed that young people nowadays do not want to stand out with branded goods, but prefer to buy clothes in humpalu stores. Ieva Adams believes that the style of young people is currently characterized by the word – freedom.

Guests who have seen fashion outside Latvia are not afraid to admit that Latvians have a sense of style. Brazilian Felippe Gabriels reveals that Latvians are stylish, but the fashion of Brazilian women is closer to his heart, because they still wear shorter skirts.

After the stylish party, fashion enthusiasts gathered in a club in Andrejost to celebrate the successful end of the fashion week together. And partied until dawn.
