The representative of Latvia in the competition with rapid checkers control (rapid) won three victories and ended four games in a draw, accumulating ten points and securing the championship title.
In second place Chesnokova was also followed by Dutch checkers Darya Tkachenko with ten points, while the top three was rounded off by the overall winner of the 2023 World Cup from Poland, Natalia Sadowska, with nine points.
On the other hand, in the men’s competition, Latvian international grandmaster Guntis Valneris got 13 points and finished the competition in fifth place after additional criteria. Another Latvian international grandmaster Raimonds Vipulis and Gunārs Gribuška ranked ninth and 12th respectively with 12 points.
