During its existence, Denuvo’s anti-piracy protection has been able to prevent or at least delay the release of pirated copies of a number of games. The latest versions of Denuva are capable of individual titles protect even several months after release, which was unthinkable just a few years ago. The Empress Group has recently announced that it has succeeded beat the latest version of Denuva with number 18. The victim was Resident Evil 4 Remake, which was cracked 52 days after its release. In addition to Denuv, the remake of the fourth Resident Evil is also equipped with VMProtect technology and Capcom’s own anti-piracy solution.
