Latest Updates on WTA Rankings and Ukrainian Women’s Performance

Last week the women played one of their favorite WTA 500 tournaments in Stuttgart.

In the final, the first rackets of the world, Iga Swiatek and Arina Sobolenko, met, the Pole defended the title. In the top ten of the world rankings, the situation has not changed.

As for the Ukrainians, Angelina Kalinina and Kateryna Beindl have slightly improved their position, Marta Kostyuk has updated the record. Lesya Tsurenko, Dayana Yastremskaya and Daria Snigur lost several positions each.

Yulia Starodubtseva and Alexandra Oleinikova continue to seriously progress, Anastasia Soboleva also joined them.

Elina Svitolina, although she has not won a single match, is still slowly going up.

Lyudmila Kichenok retained the 8th position in the doubles ranking. Kostyuk is 32nd here, Nadezhda Kichenok is 57th.
