Celebrity household conflicts Hana Hanifa still rolling. Having only been married for a month, she immediately underwent her first divorce trial with Randy at the Bogor Religious Court, West Java, on Wednesday (25/10/2023).
Initially, the agenda for yesterday’s hearing was mediation but Randy was not present. Hana Hanifah is determined to be divorced and does not want to reconcile at all.
“The preparations will be done, God willing. It’s ready (divorce) because there are many things to consider. For me, I don’t want to mediate because I really want a divorce,” said Hana Hanifah at the Bogor Religious Court.
The woman who started her career as a soap opera actor since 2018 refuses to maintain her household. One of the reasons was accusations of infidelity and Randy filed for divorce.
“I can’t think about it anymore. I’ve fixed it but there’s no solution and there’s an affair. I also don’t love him anymore. Because in my opinion (his mistake) was fatal and he also didn’t respect my parents,” said Hana Hanifah.
Even Hana Hanifah also claimed that Randy had cheated on her with another woman. According to the statement, the evidence is clear because it was carried out in a hotel room.
“If you’re at a hotel, you’re just having an affair, especially since you’ve invited a girl to the hotel. My job is to be a public figure, right, shaking hands like this is normal,” explained Hana.
“For example, if you take a girl to a hotel room, is that normal? Is it normal to have lunch at the hotel? It’s not normal, right? Where is there any privacy, especially with the opposite sex,” said Hana.
Currently, the mediation trial is still postponed until next week. According to Hana Hanifah’s attorney, Acong Latif, the trial process is still ongoing.
The result is that the first trial is an examination of data, examination of lawsuits and all kinds of power of attorney. “Because the defendant was not present, the mediation was postponed until the 1st (November),” said Acong Latif, Hana Hanifah’s attorney while accompanying his client.
“We don’t know (the defendant was not present) because there was no confirmation to us, no confirmation to Hana or to the court. However, what is clear is that his absence is proof that he does not have good intentions,” he continued.
She admitted that she didn’t know where her husband was. “I want it to be finished quickly, because I’m tired of taking care of things like this, but the person doesn’t know where he is, I don’t know where he is now,” he concluded.
Hana Hanifah and Randy are known to have married on September 8 2023 after 3 weeks of acquaintance. The two were determined to get married after a brief introduction, but Hana filed for divorce at the Bogor Religious Court a month later.
