Anggi said that to hide his actions, PWGA threw away the fake TNI service plates that went viral on social media in Lembang district, West Java.

“TNI plates were thrown away in the Lembang area and members are still looking for them around the place in Lembang. Members are heading that way,” he explained.

Anggi, based on the suspect’s confession, said this was done by PWGA after receiving news that a video recording of an argument between him and journalists on the Jakarta-Cikampek toll road went viral on the social media.

After that, the perpetrator, who was on holiday at the hotel, contacted his elder brother with the initials T, who is a retired TNI officer. At the same time, he said, the perpetrator was directed by his elder brother to immediately throw away the fake service plate he was using.

“He admitted that he had made a joke and then someone made it viral and now it has gone viral on social media. Then his brother directed him, you use this ( plate), it happens, right, so, just throw it away, the number plate,” he said.

“On that basis, he threw away the number plate. Now the suspect is called again to show where he threw away the number plate, to be used as evidence, ” he said.
