One more accused in Aluva molestation case. Mushtaq, a native of Bihar, was named as the accused. He was the one who gave the information to accused Crystal. Mushtaq’s arrest was recorded. It was Mushtaq who informed the accused that there was only a girl in the house.
Two non-state workers were questioned in the morning. Mushtaq was arrested after this. The accused will be produced in court today. Christine Raj came to the house after Mushtaq informed her that the child’s father had gone out for work and took the child away and molested her while stealing.
Meanwhile, the accused Christine Raj was remanded by the Aluva Magistrate Court for 14 days. The Ernakulam POCSO court will consider the accused’s custody plea on Monday. The accused was charged with harassment, kidnapping and POCSO.
