JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Handling Task Force Covid-19 issued Circular Letter Number 20 of 2022 concerning Health Protocols for the Implementation of Large-Scale Activities during the Covid-19 Pandemic Period.
The SE was signed by the Head of the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) as well as the Chairperson of the National Disaster Management Agency Covid-19 Handling Task Force Lt. Gen. Suharyanto on June 21, 2022.
The regulation states that large-scale activities are a series of activities in international or national scale events that can physically invite more than 1,000 people at a certain time and at the same location and/or involve state representatives.
Spokesman for the Covid-19 Handling Task Force, Wiku Adisasmito, said that through the SE, the government stipulates that perpetrators of large-scale activities are required to show their status. Covid-19 vaccination.

“Where children aged 6-17 years are allowed to enter with a mandatory second dose of vaccination, ages 18 years and over are allowed to enter with a mandatory third dose of vaccination or Booster,” said Wiku in a virtual press conference, Tuesday (21/6/2022).
Wiku said that children under 6 years old and have comorbidities so they cannot receive vaccinations are not allowed to participate in large-scale activities.
“This is for the safety and health of each individual,” he said.
In addition, Wiku said, large-scale activities must apply Covid-19 screening.
He continued, large-scale activities involving ministerial-level officials or VVIPs must show negative PCR results 2X24 hours before the activity takes place.
In addition, ministerial-level officials or VVIPs must undergo a body temperature check before entering the event venue.
Then, activities that are multilateral forums and do not involve VVIP, are required to carry out symptom checks related to Covid-19 and antigen examinations for all activity actors.
Furthermore, for activities that are not multilateral forums and do not involve VVIP, they are required to carry out a symptom check related to Covid-19 and carry out an antigen test for suspected perpetrators.
“In addition, someone who does not pass the screening must be tested for Covid-19 on the spot,” he said.
