The following restrictions came into force
1. More than 80 per cent of government and private sector employees should not work in offices. 20% work from home.
The number of participants in 2 office meetings should not exceed 15. Meetings should be planned with all precautions taken.
3. Wear a face mask when going out of the house for any purpose. Discounts are available for single drivers only.
4. The Ihtiras application developed as part of Kovid monitoring must be installed and used on the phone.
5. Daily prayers in churches and Friday prayers will continue. Meanwhile, toilets and sanitation facilities will be closed.
6. Closed spaces for visits, condolence meetings, and other gatherings If more than five open spaces, no more than 15 people may be present.
7. No more than 15 people in winter camps.
8. Except for weddings held at home or in Majlis, wedding parties are not permitted in other closed and open spaces until further notice. If at home or in the Majlis, only 10 close relatives are allowed in closed spaces and 20 in open spaces. Prior approval of the Home Ministry is also required.
9. Playgrounds and sports facilities in public parks, beaches and Corniche will be closed. A maximum of 15 people can be accommodated.
10. There should be four people in the vehicle, including the driver. This restriction does not apply to family members
11. Buses can only carry half the seats.
12. Metro services will continue with 30% of seating capacity passengers
13. Reduce the capacity of driving schools to a maximum of 25%.
14. The operation of cinemas and theaters will continue at 30 per cent capacity. No one under the age of 18 will be allowed entry.
15. Educational centers, private training centers, nurseries and child care centers should have only 30% of the capacity.
16. Only 50% of the capacity in public museums and libraries.
17. Training for professional sports teams is limited to a maximum of 40 people in open spaces and a maximum of 20 people in closed spaces.
18. Prior permission of the Ministry of Public Health should be obtained for organizing sports competitions. At the same time, the presence of the public in closed spaces will be prohibited and their presence in open spaces will be allowed up to a maximum of 20 per cent.
19. Prior permission of the Ministry of Public Health should be obtained for holding exhibitions, conferences and various events.
20. Commercial complexes will continue to operate at a capacity not exceeding 50 per cent. Dining will end at all regular restaurants within the commercial complex. Outside delivery or purchase of a parcel will be allowed.
21. Restaurants and cafes will be allowed to serve food and beverages within a maximum capacity of 15%. Restaurants with the Clean Qatar program will be allowed up to 30 percent of capacity. All restaurants and cafes can serve food and beverages in their open space.
22. Rental boats, tourist yards and pleasure boats will be discontinued. Owners of individual boats and yards can only have a maximum of 15 people using them.
23. The capacity of popular markets has been reduced to 50 per cent and the capacity of wholesale markets to 30 per cent.
24. The capacity of hairdressing and beauty salons has been reduced to 30 per cent.
25. Amusement parks and all recreation centers in commercial complexes within closed spaces will be closed. But can operate in open spaces at 30 percent capacity.
26. Health clubs and physical training clubs may continue to operate at a maximum capacity of 30. Massage services can be continued in five star hotels.
27. Indoor swimming pools and water parks are not allowed. Can operate outdoors at 30% capacity.

Hotel bookings are closed until May 31
Discover Qatar has announced that bookings for tourism, study tours and leisure hotels in Qatar will be suspended until May 31 in the new situation. However, the quarantine booking system will remain in place. Entertainment bookings will be canceled and refunded if travel restrictions are extended.
Currently, only Qatari nationals, their families and those with a resident permit can enter Qatar. Holders of resident permits can enter the country only if they have a re-entry permit. Transit visa applications will also not be considered.

The controls are in four stages
Initially, control was imposed on the areas most prone to Kovid outbreaks. Medium risk areas will also be regulated if the spread does not decrease.
In the third phase, the control will be further expanded. Therefore, the fourth step is to move to a complete lockdown only if the spread cannot be prevented. Check back every three weeks to decide if you want to move on to the next step. The health ministry said the ban would be imposed nationwide or in specific areas.
