Aschersleben/MZ – The future has moved into the Filmpalast in Aschersleben. According to their own statements, the cinema operators Heidrun and Matthias Uhde bought “one of the most modern cinema projectors there is” for cinema 1. This now makes it possible to show high-resolution 4K films at 60 frames per second on the big screen in Einestadt. 4K means that the horizontal image resolution is around 4000 pixels. Especially with 3D films, the new technology should enable an even better cinema experience. When the new “Avatar” film hits the cinema in December, the best cinema experience will be possible for the people of Aschersleben.
