Less than three months from the end of the season, RC Toulon is not done with its recruitment. With two official arrivals so far, the Var club is still looking for a big fish for next season.
The Toulon Rugby Club is currently discreet on the transfer market. To date, only Selevasio Tolofua (25) and David Ribbans (27 / England) have been made official by the harbor club. Yannick Youyoutte (23) has also signed up with Toulon even if the club has not yet announced the arrival of the Toulousain.
On the departure side, Sergio Parisse has announced that he will retire at the end of the season while Thomas Salles and Atila Septar will both take charge of Provence Rugby. Ihaia West Finally, Anthony Étrillard and Emerick Setiano have extended until 2026.

But the RCT intends to accelerate its recruitment a few weeks before the end of the championship. The Var club has positioned itself on the Josua Tuisova file and would also target Melvyn Jaminet to strengthen his line of backs. The Fijian winger from LOU could finally turn his back on Racing 92, a club with which he nevertheless signed a pre-contract, and join Pierre Mignoni, whom he rubbed shoulders with in Toulon (2013-2015) and Lyon (2019-2022).
Anxious to strengthen its hinge, Toulon would also be on the lookout for Enzo Hervé. The opener from Brive is under contract until 2024 but the potential relegation of CAB could push Hervé to join Var and Ihaia West to return to La Rochelle. The names Léo Berdeu and Demba Bamba, a time mentioned in Toulon, have moved away from the harbour.
Toulon only have three players out of contract next June. Mathieu Bastareaud, Maëlan Rabut and Raphaël Lakafia are coming to the end of their lease in the Var. The two flankers and the center have been little used this season and to date, the future of the three Toulonnais is not decided.
