The Junta de Andalucía proposes to impose a curfew from 2 to 7 in the morning in municipalities with more than 5,000 inhabitants that exceed a rate of 1,000 cases per 100,000 inhabitants. The measure must be ratified by the Superior Court of Justice of Andalusia (TSJA). Nightlife venues will also need to keep a check-in and indoor table occupancy will be reduced. In the Balearic Islands, a court has cited the general director of Public Health, Maria Antònia Font, as being investigated for a crime of alleged illegal detention, who signed the order for the forced confinement of more than 150 young people after the outbreaks that arose from the weekend trips course to Mallorca. The Ministry of Health has notified 27,286 new infections this Tuesday and has added 29 deaths to the official count. The cumulative incidence rises 22 points, to 622 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in 14 days.
