Polda Metro Jaya investigates the hoax editing of the profile of the Kapolda Metro Jaya Inspector General Fadil Imran on Wikipedia. Recently, Polda Metro Jaya has identified the perpetrator who is suspected of having edited Fadil Imran’s profile by inserting the hoax sentence.
Director of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Auliansyah Lubis said his party had identified a perpetrator who was strongly suspected of having edited the site. Wikipedia.
“It has been identified,” said the Director of Criminal Investigation at the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Auliansyah Lubis to reporters at the Metro Jaya Police Headquarters, Jakarta, Thursday (28/7/2022).

Police Immediately Ask for Information
Auliansyah said that so far there was one perpetrator who already identified. The police will immediately question the perpetrator.
“It has been identified, hopefully soon we will be able to ask the relevant information,” he said.
Thus, the police will only be able to find out what the perpetrator’s motive for editing was by inserting a hoax sentence on Fadil Imran’s profile on Wikipedia.
“What is the motive, want, why do such things,” said Auliansyah.
