The deadline for submitting final accounts for bridging aid and November and December aid for companies and self-employed persons who have received financial support as part of the Corona aid ends on September 30.
To ensure that all funds received have been used correctly and to ensure smooth processing, all beneficiaries are requested to submit their final accounts on time and in full. Submission is carried out by a third-party auditor and is only possible via the federal government’s digital application platform.
The final settlement is an important and binding step towards transparent tracking of the use of public funds. In this context, the Saarland Ministry of Economic Affairs points out that companies that miss the deadline risk having to repay the funds received in full.
