Member of the DPR from the PDIP Faction Harvey Malaihollo will be summoned by the Honorary Court of the House of Representatives (MKD). Harvey will be summoned over allegations he watched pornographic videos during a meeting.
The news was conveyed by Deputy Chairperson of the MKD Habiburokhman, Wednesday (18/5/2022). He explained that previously a meeting was held to address a dozen cases of council members received by the MKD, one of which was about Harvey.
“Yesterday the internal meeting was held regularly hybrid decided that there were dozens of cases, including Brother HM, for which clarification calls would be made,” said Habiburokhman.
He said that both the complainant and the complainant would be summoned. “The schedule, if I’m not mistaken, is tomorrow, Thursday (19/5), so the complainants and the contestants will be summoned,” said the legislator, who also serves as deputy head of the Gerindra Party.

Habiburokhman ensured that the MKD would process all incoming reports in accordance with applicable regulations.
As previously reported, the name Harvey Malaihollo it was first mentioned by the chairman of the PDIP faction of the DPR RI, Utut Adianto. At that time, Utut answered a reporter’s question regarding indications that Harvey Malaihollo was framed after his act of watching a pornographic video during a meeting went viral.
The case of Harvey Malaihollo, who was caught watching pornographic videos while attending a meeting, has drawn the spotlight. Utut then mentioned Harvey Malaihollo’s name. He said Harvey was a good person.
“Well, if Mas Harvey is a very good person. So he is a very good person, more or less just like that,” he added. Utut conveyed this when answering questions about the evidence that Harvey was framed.
Utut stated that until now there has been no decision from the PDIP Faction of the DPR RI against Harvey Malaihollo suspected of watching pornographic videos during a Commission IX meeting.
“Not yet. That’s what you’re asking about, for the state, that’s all right. That’s enough,” said Utut.
