On the afternoon of September 10, the People’s Procuracy of Dong Nai province said it had approved the decision to prosecute a criminal case, prosecute the accused, and at the same time execute a 4-month detention order for 22 defendants related to the case. The case of Loc Phuc Company selling ghost projects on agricultural land to defraud and appropriate property.

The subjects are key members of Loc Phuc Company, including General Director Nguyen Van An (27 years old), department heads, department heads, accountants, team leaders, and “actors” posing as customers buying real estate. All real estate assets were prosecuted and detained to investigate and clarify acts of fraud and property appropriation.
Previously, in the process of expanding the investigation into the fraud line and selling “ghost” projects of Loc Phuc Company (headquartered in Tan Binh district, Ho Chi Minh City), Dong Nai Provincial Police urgently arrested granted to Huynh Huu Tuong (32 years old, residing in Thao Dien ward, district 2, Ho Chi Minh City).

Subject Tuong was identified as the person behind all operations of the company, but to avoid responsibility and deal with the authorities, he hired subject Nguyen Van An to be the General Director of the company.
Previously, as Dan Viet reported, on August 31, Dong Nai Provincial Police caught Loc Phuc Company red-handed opening a virtual real estate trading floor in an empty lot in An Vien commune, Trang district. Bombs and fraud to appropriate customers’ assets.
Here, the authorities controlled 143 subjects who were employees, subjects hired by the company to impersonate customers and 43 victims of the company.

On the same day, another working group raided the headquarters of Loc Phuc Company in Ho Chi Minh City, confiscating many related records and documents.
Up to now, about 60 victim customers have presented themselves at the Dong Nai Provincial Police Department, denouncing the fraudulent behavior of Loc Phuc Company with an amount of over 70 billion VND.
