983 new cases of coronavirus have been identified in our country. This means that the number of people infected with COVID-19 in Bulgaria for the last 24 hours has decreased compared to Saturday, when they were 2,537, and Friday – 4,129.
However, the number of tests performed on Sunday was much smaller – 4,094, of which 2,487 were PCR (412 infected) and 1,607 were antigen tests (571 infected). For comparison, the tests performed on Saturday were 11,931, and on Friday – 18,656.
Unfortunately, in the past 24 hours there have been 60 deaths from coronavirus, informs the Unified Information Portal. Thus, the total number of victims became 12,710.
457 people were cured in the last 24 hours.
The number of patients in our country has already reached 318,753, the active cases are 66,682.
A total of 249,361 people were cured. 9,839 people were hospitalized, 773 were in the intensive care unit.
