Latest Chinese Mobile Hits with High RAM and Storage Capacity at Affordable Prices

Chinese mobile hits in the mid-range segment attracted attention with their huge memory. Both RAM and internal⁣ storage. The maximum became⁢ 16⁢ GB⁢ of RAM and 1 TB of user space. ⁣This was ⁣the case in many models for prices around ten thousand ‌crowns. Practically, as soon as one manufacturer introduced such a model, competitors followed suit.

Now, roughly the same⁤ is happening,⁤ only ⁤the maximum memory has increased⁢ to 24 ‍GB ‌of RAM and 1 TB ‍of user ‍space. These are ‍numbers that ‍may seem‍ unimaginable to European customers.⁢ No such‍ device is sold in Europe, and in the Czech Republic, you ‌cannot even buy a phone ⁤with the mentioned⁢ combination. You can either have a phone with 16 ‍GB of RAM or ‌a phone with 1 TB of user space. Not both.

In China, ‌current customers can choose from⁣ three models with such a large memory ⁤configuration.‌ The⁤ first was the Redmi K60 Ultra from ‌Xiaomi, followed by the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro, and now the Realme GT5 has started selling in the local market. ‍The prices are as follows: Redmi⁣ costs around 11,000⁤ crowns, Realme costs 11,700 crowns, ⁤and OnePlus costs approximately 12,000 crowns. The differences are minimal, which also applies‌ to the features. ‍It‌ is ⁢a regular competition, and we can assume that the industrial leader is performing excellently.

Realme GT5 probably has the best chance of entering the ⁤European market. The ‍question is when and⁣ if the top memory variant will also be‍ available. Redmi ⁣K60 Ultra is a unique⁣ Chinese model, and in Europe, only the better-equipped variants of ⁤the K60 series⁣ will be available under the‌ Xiaomi brand. A similar ⁣scenario could happen with OnePlus, ‍but that is currently just a theory. In addition, it is necessary‌ to consider the usual surcharge compared to Chinese ⁢prices, which is 50 to 80 percent.

In addition to the ⁣large memory, the new‌ Realme GT5 features the flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 2⁣ processor. It ⁣also offers a record-breaking charging power of‌ 240 W, while the battery has ⁢a capacity of 4,600 mAh. ⁢Both apply only to the highest memory variant,⁤ while ‌the lower variants have 150W charging and slightly⁢ larger batteries.

The display measures 6.74 inches. It is an ⁢AMOLED ⁣panel with a‌ maximum refresh rate of 144⁤ Hz and a resolution of 1.5K (1,240 pixels on the shorter side). So ⁤far, the specifications correspond to top models,⁢ and the mid-range phone also brings back the camera. It has three sensors. The main⁣ one‍ is impressive, it is a‍ 50 MP Sony IMX890 sensor with⁤ optical stabilization. However, the rest is rather ‌average. The wide-angle sensor ⁤has a resolution of 8 MP, and the third ‍one is a two-megapixel macro lens. On the front,⁤ there ‌is ⁢a 16 MP camera.

It lacks eSIM, but on the other hand,⁢ it⁢ includes infrared port, NFC, dual speakers,⁣ and ⁢other usual ⁤features. The phone is ‌available in silver and green colors. An interesting feature is the glowing element on the back ‍called Aura System Pro, which can display⁣ up to 26 colors.

We can leave⁢ aside the ‍question of how practical ⁤these Olympic⁢ features are in everyday life. A large amount of RAM certainly ⁢doesn’t hurt, but from experience, we know that phones with slightly lower memory also ‍work very well. We can only envy Chinese customers for ‌how well-equipped phones they get for such a⁢ low price.

⁣ Which Chinese mobile brands‌ offer models with large memory ⁣configurations and what are their respective prices in the local market

Ra ‍has gained⁢ a lot of⁣ attention in the mid-range segment due to its impressive ⁤memory capacity. Both RAM ⁤and internal storage⁤ have seen significant increases. Previously,‍ the maximum memory configuration for these ⁢Chinese mobiles was 16 GB⁤ of RAM and 1 TB of user space, which was available in many models priced around ten thousand⁤ crowns. Whenever one manufacturer introduced such a model, competitors quickly followed‍ suit.

Now, we are witnessing a similar trend, but with‍ even higher maximum memory capacities⁣ of ⁤24 GB of⁤ RAM and 1 TB of user space. These numbers may seem unimaginable to‌ European customers as no devices with such⁣ specifications are currently available in Europe.⁤ In fact, even ⁤in the Czech Republic, you cannot find a phone with the ⁢mentioned memory combination. You can either choose a phone with 16 GB of RAM or one ⁣with 1 TB of user ‍space. There is no option for both.

In China, however, customers have the luxury to choose from three‍ models with such large memory configurations. The first one to be released was the Redmi K60 Ultra from Xiaomi, followed by the‍ OnePlus Ace 2 Pro. Now, the⁢ Realme GT5 has entered the local market. The prices ‍for these⁣ phones ‌are as follows: the Redmi‍ costs around 11,000 ⁣crowns, the Realme costs 11,700 crowns, and ‌the OnePlus is approximately 12,000 ⁣crowns. The differences in price and features are⁣ minimal, showcasing a tight competition among these brands. It is safe ‌to assume that ⁤the ⁣industrial ⁤leader is ⁤performing ‍excellently in this segment.

As for⁢ the European‍ market, there is⁤ a possibility ‌that the Realme GT5 may have the best chance of entering. The ⁢question remains as to whether the top memory variant will also‌ be made available. Only time will tell.
