FAJAR.CO.ID, JAKARTA – Hutomo Mandala Putra alias Tommy Suharto has once again won a lawsuit for the management of the Berkarya Party against the decision of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Yasonna H Laoly at the appeal level of the State Administrative High Court (PT TUN).
In response to this, Yasonna Laoly will study the decision to win the appeal against Tommy Suharto’s Berkarya Party.
This was stated by Minister of Law and Human Rights Yasonna Laoly at the DPR/MPR Building complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Monday (6/9).
“Go ahead, we obey the law, after the signing we will see what happens, let the legal process go,” explained Yasonna Laoly.
According to Yasonna Laoly, regarding whether to submit further legal steps after the victory of the Berkarya Party of Tommy Suharto, Yasonna said that he would still study the decision of PT TUN first.
“We have to study first, right, we have to study first. Right, if we don’t appeal, it will be called siding, we’ll just leave the legal process alone,” he said.
Tommy Suharto’s version of the Berkarya Party has also won at the previous level. Yasonna also confirmed that he would study the latest decision.
