The Hungarian and international fitness and bodybuilding sports suffered a huge loss: László Berkes died at the age of 47, the Hungarian Fitness and Bodybuilding Association announced in its announcement.
The founder of Berkes Team SE won the World Championship gold five times at the Armed Forces World Championships in bodybuilding. He held several functions in the Hungarian Fitness and Bodybuilding Association. He was the head of the Bodybuilding Department and also helped the sport as a member of the management of the Judiciary Committee. In addition, he worked as the director of the Elite Pro section and also acted as a professional judge.
László Berkes died at the European Fitness and Bodybuilding Championships in Santa Susanna, Spain. He died of heart failure. The Hungarian Fitness and Bodybuilding Association considers László Berkes to be its own dead.
