In 38 cases, economic activity was suspended for tax evasion, and in 18 cases – for unavoidable infringements.

As a result of tax control measures, 37 taxpayers were excluded from the SRS value added tax register in 2021.

Last year, the SRS Tax Promotion Board performed a total of 1439 tax control measures – tax audits, tax calculations, thematic inspections, data compliance checks, surveys, observations, as well as decisions have been made regarding the adjustment of the amount of taxes and the suspension of economic activities.

It has already been reported that the SRS Tax Control Board suspended the taxpayer’s economic activity in 108 cases in 2020, but in 2019 – 443 cases.
