Last performance of the year with a lyrical singing concert

The Pro Art Association Friends of Music ends its 2024 season with a clyrical singing concert by Ramiro Pérez and Alejo Alvarez Castillo, tenor and baritone respectively; accompanied on piano by Gastón Corazzini and Emiliano Rivarola. It will take place next Sunday, November 10 at 8:30 p.m. at the Social Club (San Martín 735) in Concepción del Uruguay.

The musical proposal will include lyrical works by Verdi, Puccini, Bizet, Giordano, Panizza and Lehar; among others, and Argentine pieces for solo piano.

Ramiro Pérez -Tenor, He began his musical studies at the “Julián Aguirre” Conservatory in Buenos Aires. Since 2010 he has been a member of the Stable Choir of the Teatro Colón. He perfected himself with the teachers Hernán Sánchez Arteaga and Susana Cardonet. As a soloist he performed productions in companies such as Juventus Lyrica, Sol Lírica and Teatro Colón de Bs. As. Recently awarded in the CLARA National Singing Competition.

Alejo Alvarez Castillo – Baritone, as a solo singer he was part of opera productions at the Teatro Avenida, Teatro Colón in Buenos Aires, Teatro Argentino de La Plata and Teatro Asturias; inter alia. He entered the Higher Institute of Art of the Teatro Colón in 2020. Recently awarded in the CLARA National Singing Competition and invited to the VIII “Martín y Soler” International Singing Competition (Valencia, Spain) to be held in 2025.
