Galatasaray Extraordinary General Assembly, which has been postponed twice, is held today. While President Burak Elmas and the board of directors decided to hold elections after they were not released at the Ordinary Financial General Assembly held on March 26, the date was announced as April 30.
The general assembly, where the 103rd term management and 39th president will be determined in the yellow and red club, 42 days later than planned, started at Galatasaray High School at 10:00 today.
8,862 members who have the right to vote in the election held in Galatasaray today will be able to go to the polls. In order for the members to cast their votes, 24 ballot boxes were set up at Galatasaray High School and the voting process started. Voting will end at 15:00 and then the counting will begin.

In the election where two candidates will compete, former president Dursun Özbek and former council chairman Eşref Hamamcıoğlu will race for the presidency.
