Melilla extends the business hours until 9:30 p.m.
The Government of Melilla has agreed to extend the business hours from 8:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. from this Thursday, December 10, and, two months later, authorize the reopening of cultural spaces, cinemas and theaters, reopen game rooms and the expansion of capacity in various spaces, such as religious services, burials, weddings and baptisms. According to the order released by the Ministry of Public Health, this decision has been made after the cumulative incidence of diagnosed cases of Covid-19 in the last seven days per 100,000 inhabitants has decreased by 24.6% and the percentage of beds occupied by Covid went from 13.41% to 8.94%, the percentage of beds occupied by ICU-Covid went from 50% to 21.43% and the percentage of test positivity from 13.93% to 11.22%, although it has warned that “we are still at an alert level 3-4”, so it calls for extreme precautions to be taken.
