World champion Ramil Guliyev, who went on the track in the 3rd series in the 200m qualifiers at the Tokyo Olympic Stadium, took the 2nd place with a time of 20.54 and made his name directly to the semi-finals without waiting for the result of the other series.
Ramil, world number 2, beat Canadian Andre de Grasse, runner-up in Rio 2016 in the 200m, to take second place.
