Las Rozas encourages responsible and safe leisure in the local hospitality industry

Las Rozas City Council has launched a campaign to promote responsible and safe leisure in all leisure and restaurant areas of the city that will take place over the next few weekends: May 29-30 and June 5-6. With the aim of promoting safe consumption and respecting safety regulations against Covid, the Department of Promotion to the City, led by David Santos, has designed the initiative “Aperitif in Las Rozas, sure!” which will have several teams touring terraces and catering establishments throughout the city.

“We continue betting on our local economy And for that we do not stop looking for formulas to support commerce, business, and, as in this case, initiatives to promote our hospitality industry. It is everyone’s responsibility to respect health standards so that the pandemic gradually subsides and regain our normalcy and that of our economic fabric, ”said the mayor of Las Rozas, José de la Uz.

The use of a mask, hand hygiene and respect for the safety distance continue to be essential for the prevention of infections, for which information brochures with these safety regulations will be distributed, as well as hydroalcoholic gels for individual use to the neighbors who are in the different places visited. In addition, some gifts will be given as a promotion of the campaign to reinforce the message and promote user responsibility.
