It is reported that as a result of a landslide and overflow of water across the P-21 Dolina – Khust road near the village of Nizhniy Bystry near the dam, the hydroelectric power station completely blocked traffic.

Local flooding of households is recorded in the village of Mizhgirya, the villages of Lozyanskoye and Maidan.
