Large group of people storms Paris police station | Abroad

It concerned a police station in Champigny-sur-Marne, southeast of the French capital. Videos on the internet show how the windows of the desk are smashed and how fireworks are thrown.

The motive for the attack, the third on the agency in two years, is not clear. Nobody was arrested.

The mayor of Champigny suggested that the “organized attack” had something to do with an incident involving a scooter. The inhabitants of the place blame the police for this. According to him, it had been tense for a few days because of people who wanted to fight the police.
