A CD Project RED his game would have originally been the subject of four such proceedings in court, but the four cases have been kneaded together so that together they will take action against a highly semi-finished product released by the Poles.
One week ago, news emerged that the four civil lawsuits would merge, as the court had brought cases launched between December and January under one roof because they were initiated for the same purpose. To this end, the CD Project (henceforth only CDP) held a meeting with shareholders and reported to the VGC.
According to Piotr Nielubowicz, CDP’s chief financial officer, the court has named the other party’s representative (a law firm) and currently the Poles do not know how many claims they will take against them, but they will know by the end of June because will be filed in court and thus, by implication, CDP will also be aware of everything. (And since the CDP said earlier that they will do everything they can to defend themselves in court, they can now prepare for that.)
And meanwhile a Cyberpunk 2077 still not a PlayStation Storeon after the Sony took it off in December, as the inside-view adventure game on the PlayStation 4 didn’t deliver outstanding performance. Adam Kiciński, CEO of CDPR, says there is no development yet as to when it will be possible to return to PlayStation Store. They are constantly discussing this with Sony because with every patch the game gets better and visible results have already been achieved, but the final decision will be made by Sony. So until they decide, he has nothing to say about the return.
Cyberpunk 2077, meanwhile next-gen will also be available in the second half of the year (i.e. July to December) for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series Xand Xbox Series S(and in the same period, The Witcher 3 jumps similarly to a generation; here, even Poles can use fan modes – we’ve talked about these topics before).
