In full revival, the luxury house Lanvin announces the introduction of a new retail concept in its New York flagship, located at 855 Madison Avenue.
Things are moving towards the Lanvin house. While informing last April of a new “angle of approach to creation”, then the (temporary) appointment of the rapper Future for the design of a capsule collection, the fashion house inaugurates a new commercial architecture in the occasion of the opening of its New York flagship.

Designed by Bernard Dubois Architects, Lanvin’s New York address is inspired by the neoclassical and Art Deco movements, two periods that are an integral part of the house’s heritage.
The ornamentation is sober, the elements are in oxidized and hammered brass, limestone or beige velvet and we find objects from the archives of the house. Lanvin specifies in a press release that the retail concept echoes the work of architects Auguste Perret and Eckart Muthesius.
The luxury brand is taking advantage of this reopening to make way for a private lounge dedicated to formal wear. In particular, it will highlight the new permanent capsule dedicated to cocktail and evening wear: Edition Soir. It is, in the words of the company, “the stylistic backbone of the house”.
The new Lanvin flagship will host women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, accessories, shoes as well as the Lanvin Lab collection, designed by Future.
The Lanvin Group’s flagship house is also announcing the expansion of its retail activities with the opening of boutiques in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa and Bal Harbor Shops, Florida.
In 2022, the Lanvin brand increased its overall sales by 67 percent, with a 145 percent growth in its Wholesale business.
