“First, there is the problem of indications of leakage, in fact it does not come from anywhere, but only from the field,” said Karyoto in his press conference, Thursday (20/1/2022).
Karyoto suspected that Terbit Plan had been given information by other suspects. However, the KPK has not confirmed the truth
“When a person has been arrested, the panic of that person will be seen everywhere. Maybe one who had the chance to hold a cellphone, immediately notified and so on, we haven’t confirmed yet,” he said.
Karyoto emphasized that there was no leak of information originating from the KPK internal parties.
“There are no leaks from anywhere, let alone from inside, nothing,” he said.
It is known that Terbit Plan has been named a suspect in the bribery case for an infrastructure project. Terbit was set with 5 other people including his younger brother. The following is a list of the five suspects:

1. TRP (Plan for Warring the Winds) as the Regent of Langkat
2. UTI (Iskandar PA) as head of Balai Kasih village
3. MSA (Marcos Surya Abdi) as a private/contractor
4. SC (Shuhanda Citra) as private sector/contractor
5. IS (Isfi Syahfitra) as private sector/contractor
The suspects were suspected of having violated the following:
The suspect MR as the giver is suspected of violating Article 5 paragraph (1) letter a or Article 5 paragraph (1) letter b or Article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption as amended by Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2001 concerning Amendments to Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption.
Meanwhile, the TRP, UTI, MSA, SC and IS suspects as recipients are suspected of violating Article 12 letter (a) or Article 12 letter (b) or Article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption as amended by Law -Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2001 concerning Amendments to Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) to 1 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 65 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code.
