(ANSA) – VERONA, AUGUST 28 – A landslide fell just before 7 this morning due to bad weather on the eastern Gardesana road, between the provinces of Verona and Trento. The traffic interruption particularly affects the municipalities of Malcesine and Torbole.
The landslide is of significant dimensions and is literally blocking traffic on what is in fact the only arterial road in Alto Garda. In advance, via social media, the Municipalities of Torri del Benaco and Brenzone issued the alarm asking motorists to take alternative roads if possible. During the night a violent storm had hit all the coastal municipalities of the Veronese Garda. (HANDLE).
