As the rain clouds that stayed in the metropolitan area and Gangwon fell, heavy rain fell today in the Chungcheong and Gyeongbuk areas.
In particular, we will connect the areas that have had a lot of rain in turn.
First, let’s start with the Gyeongbuk region.
More than 100mm of heavy rain fell in the northern part of Gyeongsangbuk-do.
The heavy rain advisory has been extended to 7 cities and counties.
Reporter Lee Do-eun is out, is it still raining?

That’s right.
The rain, which had been quiet in the afternoon, started to get stronger again about an hour ago.
The rain has also become noticeably thicker. The sound of the rapids in Seocheon that engulfed the pedestrian bridge is accompanied by the sound of strong rain, making it difficult to hear even the sound of vehicles on the surrounding roads.
In the northern part of Gyeongsangbuk-do, it started raining in earnest this morning.
As the stagnant front that came down to the south touched the Sobaek Mountains, it was affected by the topography and it had already rained more than 100mm.
The heavy rain advisory, which went into effect this morning starting in Sangju and Mungyeong, has now been extended to seven cities and counties in northern Gyeongsangbuk-do.
A landslide warning has been issued for Sangju, Mungyeong, and Bonghwa areas.
As the severe drought continues this spring, the water levels of Andong, Imha, and Yeongju dams located upstream of the Nakdong River are 10 to 20 meters lower than the limit water level. I don’t think there will be.
However, according to the Korea Water Resources Corporation, the discharge of the sluice gates began at 8 p.m. in preparation for a rise in water level in the eight weirs of the Nakdong River.
Until now, this is Lee Do-eun from MBC News in Seocheon, Yeongju.
