As the opportunities grow, so do the desires, which is why the Lippe Regional Association is now even more accessible. With WhatsApp and various messenger services such as Facebook Messenger, many can now also use their familiar communication channel in the direction of the Lippe Regional Association.
“Using WhatsApp and messenger services has so far been difficult for data protection reasons. The applications are nevertheless very popular and are used extensively and willingly by millions of people in Germany as communication channels. With the help of a partner, we can now also exchange information securely with all of our interlocutors via these channels,” explains association chairman Jörg Düning-Gast. Thanks to a German service provider with a server location in Germany, data protection-compliant use is ensured. “With the new technology, we can even conveniently use our administration’s landline number for this,” says Düning-Gast.
The range of communication channels at the state association has thus become more colourful: “We are over
E-mail, landline and mobile phones, Facebook and Instagram can be addressed, now also via WhatsApp – and of course still via classic letters or even faxes.”
Establishing contact is very simple: When using the application, all you have to do is enter the landline number for the administration of the state association: 05261 – 250 20. On the Homepage of the national association, a link for WhatsApp users can also be found in the imprint.
