Lower Saxony can imagine loosening the strict corona requirements despite high incidence values - if people have tested negative or have been vaccinated.
The country hopes to allow more freedom with a combination of mass tests and the progress of the vaccination campaign. The government spokeswoman Anke Pörksen announced to the NDR in Lower Saxony. However, she did not give any specific dates.
“Going to a restaurant and much more might be possible”
Poerksen underlined what Prime Minister Stephan Weil (SPD) had said the day before. According to a newspaper report, according to Weil, there could be more freedom for people who have been vaccinated against Corona or tested negative for the virus. “More and more people will gradually be vaccinated,” he said. “If there is no longer any risk of infection, a visit to a restaurant and other things might be possible.”
